What are the basic standards for steam pipe layout?
The steam pipelines of basic equipment should be laid overhead, not in trenches, let alone buried underground. The main steam pipes from the factory system to the equipment are basically arranged on the upper level of the pipe gallery. Steam pipes should be laid out according to the following standards:
(1) The steam branch pipes should be connected in series from the top of the steam main pipe, and the cut-off valves on the branch pipes should be arranged on the horizontal pipe section close to the main pipe to avoid liquid accumulation.
(2) A liquid separation bag must be installed at the end of the steam main pipe;
(3) The distance between the liquid separation bags on the horizontally laid steam main pipe is L
1) In the equipment, the saturated steam should be 80m and the superheated steam should be 160m;
2) Outside the equipment, the length should be 300m when going along the slope and 200m when going against the slope.
(4) Branch pipes cannot be connected in series from steam pipelines with strict steam usage standards for other purposes;
(5) At the low point of the steam branch pipe, a drain valve or (and) trap should be installed according to different conditions;
(6) On the ∏ type compensator of the steam pipeline, branch pipes cannot be led out. When leading out branch pipes from the straight pipes close to both sides of the ∏-shaped compensator, the branch pipes should not hinder the deformation or displacement of the main pipe. The displacement of the branch pipe lead-out point caused by the thermal expansion of the main pipe should not cause the branch pipe to bear excessive stress or excessive displacement;
(7) Where the saturated steam main pipe enters the equipment, a steam manifold must be installed around the boundary on the equipment side, and regular drainage measures must be provided below the manifold. When the superheated steam main pipe enters the equipment, there is basically no need for a water distributor;
(8) Multiple steam tracing pipes should be arranged in groups and equipped with distribution pipes. The steam in the distribution pipes should be connected in series from the nearest main pipe;
(9) For steam vent pipes that are directly discharged to the atmosphere, a Φ6 mm drainage hole should be opened around the lower elbow of the pipe, and a DN15 pipe should be connected to a suitable location such as a drainage ditch, funnel, etc. If the vent pipe is equipped with a silencer, a DN15 drain pipe must be installed at the bottom of the silencer and connected to the vent pipe. The vent pipe needs to be equipped with guides and load-bearing brackets.
